Meet Alex…
I am a Licensed Master Social Worker passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges and take meaningful steps toward growth and healing. I integrate structured therapeutic approaches like Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) with a holistic mindset—recognizing that the mind, body, and spirit all play vital roles in wellbeing.
My approach is deeply systems-focused, meaning I consider not just what’s happening internally, but also how external factors—like family dynamics, social supports, hobbies, and day-to-day environments—shape a person’s experience. I work with children, teens, and adults, and I especially enjoy supporting clients facing anxiety, trauma, relational concerns, and self-harm. I also bring experience working with families, including those navigating parent-child relationships, when it fits the goals of care.
I believe therapy begins with meeting clients exactly where they are. You are the expert of your own life, and I’m here to offer insight, psychoeducation, and practical tools—while encouraging responsibility and meaningful engagement outside the therapy room. I draw from behavior modification and research-informed practices to create structured, measurable goals that foster lasting change.
Whether you're seeking clarity, healing, or transformation, I’m here to walk beside you with empathy, curiosity, and accountability.
