Welcome! I’m Desirae, a dedicated and compassionate therapist committed to guiding individuals on their journey toward healing and self-discovery. With over 14 years of experience in the field of mental health, I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, self-worth, mood disorders, relationship problems, family issues, and I am passionate about helping my clients achieve lasting change. I have experience with children, teens, and adults.
I believe that everyone has the potential for growth and transformation. My therapeutic approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, person-centered therapy, psychodynamic, narrative therapy, EMDR, psycho education, play therapy and tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual including faith based therapy. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment.
In our sessions, we will work collaboratively to identify your goals, develop coping strategies, and cultivate a greater sense of self-awareness. My mission is to empower you to overcome challenges and build a more fulfilling life.
